Facilitate the cleaning of the tanks

Since the installation of our E-ACTI'WATER on the main water network, we have been using activated water to clean the tanks and the drains (stainless steel plates used to cool the wort so that it remains at a low temperature). Since we have been using activated water, not only is the scale not deposited, but the water is also used for the cleaning of the tanks : The scale is no longer deposited (neither in the tanks nor on the flags). A simple hose (pressure 2.5 bar) and water at normal temperature (cold) are enough for cleaning. We no longer use caustic soda. The result is more than optimal. We can only recommend such equipment to all winegrowers and other professionals faced with scale problems !
